When you receive an email message that you consider to be spam you will need to login to the mail server using webmail and mark the message as spam in your Inbox. This does 2 things. First, it will move the message out of your Inbox and into the Spam folder. Second, it tells the email server that you consider that type of message to be spam so that the server will automatically move messages like it into the Spam folder in the future.

To login to webmail, go to https://webmail.truespeed.ca/ and login using your email address and password.

Once logged in select the spam message(s) and then click the Spam  button on the toolbar. Over time the server will get better at knowing what is and isn't spam.
